If there is anything the World needs , it is Peace. A faith in the love of an Almighty Being is where Peace is found. Love, compassion and caring for one another is what we are called to do.....no matter what you call your Almighty ......

This tiny pewter statue is just an inch tall, but in the light of a candle it conveyed great power to me. It belonged to my mother and was one of many many symbols of her faith that she kept. The news of the world on this day was heart-breaking and so sad.....but then I saw this miniature scene in front of me, and I felt the warm arm of love around my shoulders. Mom was comforting me again, sharing her faith and I know that we are all children of the same loving creator.. . and we just have to live our lives reflecting the light of that love . . no matter how small it seems....maybe we can spread joy and peace where we are.
