An old barn in Ohio shows the wear and tear of many years standing strong against drenching spring storms, hot summer sunshine, gusty winds of Fall and cold blasts of winter snowstorms. Even though this was built for utility, the owners at one point took great care to paint this beautiful old structure with lovely reds, whites and blues that we today can only see subtle hints of what used to be. They even took great care to paint stripes on one of the panels. . . all of which I found to look really cool in an abstract kind of way.
I think this scene looks good in its original colors, in a stylized bright Autumn palette and of course, here in black and white. I hope you like all of these. You can find them all in my "Series Collection"
