Description
As I walked across the bridge over the lake in the woods I saw this scene. My mind works in a weird way, which is probably how most photographers and artists do. I see scenes as cropped finished pictures . . . and if I am lucky, I have my camera or my phone with me so I can capture the image that I have already captured in my brain. I'm not sure those words make sense or explain what I mean, but I'm hoping some of you fellow artists here know what I mean. ANYWAY! I saw this 'picture' before I even realized there was a Canada goose standing in the middle of it . . . and so that is from where the title came. I saw my picture, and then I saw the goose standing right in the middle of it!
Thank you so much for looking at my images. I appreciate that very much.
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!

wow.. this is just great. Love the effect of the breeze on the waters surface. The goose adds a bit of clarity in the surrounding abstract nature of the image. Don't you just love when you take a picture, and realize you've inadvertently captured something even more wonderful that makes the image become even more. You have the gift of vision, and even when not trying to, make image magic...:-)
