Description
Abstract art is kind of a different beast. The artist is not trying to give you the most stunning and detailed capture of something that you have probably already seen or know about. Of course, artists want their work to speak deeply to each viewer in the hopes that the image will create a response; a feeling. But abstract work, for me is totally an attempt to capture the essence of a feeling or a thought. . . . or create a fantasy that you have never imagined. I really want each viewer to see their own reality, their own truth. My hope is that this causes you to look and think and feel! The title may give you a jumping off point, but please feel free to disregard it and travel your own path of insight!
Thank you so much for looking at my images. I appreciate that very much.
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!
