Description
This is the same image 'Garden Art,' but I have darkened the background to give it a little more drama. I go to my garden to find peace and to feel closer to the Earth, Nature and the greater Love that I feel surrounds me in my life. I feel that Love presence especially when I am wrapped in the unlimited beauty of plants and creatures that I witness each day. Many times that beauty is bright and bold and obvious to all: a rainbow, a butterfly, a colorful bird or animal or flower . . . but sometimes that love comes in the quiet whispers of the shadows. . . . in the young anticipation of that great beauty yet to come. I found lovely structure and simplicity in a cluster of Coneflower buds, that were not blooming, but promising of that gift in the near future. Even with minimal color, these tiny quiet buds provided me with yet another present from my garden walk. It reminds me to be patient in my life and to appreciate every day and each stage of the process of living.
I really appreciate you taking time to look at my artwork. Thank you so much!
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!
