Back in the Woods are several streams, creeks, marshy areas and a couple of large ponds, maybe you could even call one a lake! On this day, there were many Canada Geese just quietly floating around on the water looking for food. Unusually quiet, if you happen to be 'lucky' enough to have geese frequent where you live!
The water was so beautiful on this Ohio day, reflecting the green of the trees that surround this body of water. Hard to believe that water can look so green, but it did!
What I really love about this shot, I did not fully realize until I had it printed out. It looks natural if you hold it right-side up or up-side down! The water was a perfect mirror for these lovely (and strangely quiet) creatures.
