Description
If you have spent any time looking through my images here, I bet you have noticed that I do like to play with some of my favorite ones! Usually I have to see a cool pattern or texture that I think might look interesting in various ways and then I begin to mess around with it!
I read a wonderful quote in our local paper yesterday:
"Nobody is bored when he is trying to make something that is beautiful, or to discover something that is true. "
~ William Inge, American author & playwright (born May 3,1913, died 1973)
Well, truer words were never spoken to describe me! My dad was an artist and he was always busy, creating things, many of them beautiful works of art, many times utilitarian, many times just gifts for others. Well, I am not as great a person as he was, but I do love to create beauty . . . and I am never bored!
Thank you so much for spending your time to look at my site and I hope you have enjoyed looking at my artwork. Peace !
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!

I just love this photo, Karen. I have a magical memory of a summer windy day when all the sky was full with these flying seeds. f,l
