Description
For some reason, this scene from nature makes me think of church. There are many days when I feel more inspired in faith by walking in nature than I do sitting in a pew and listening to a sermon. Don't get me wrong, I love my church and we have fantastic music and wonderful ministers who almost always say something that I carry with me throughout the week . . . but I feel the closest to the Creator when surrounded by fresh air and the beauty of the Earth.
This macro of frozen crystals on an old weathered leaf is as grand to me as the most magnificent cathedral! The frozen etched crystals just cause me to stop and wonder at the magic of it all . . . if this much beauty is under our footsteps . . . what tremendous glory must lie ahead of us??

Thank you so much for looking at my images. I appreciate that very much.
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!
