Have you ever done the exercise "I'm a Star?" If you have not, then you are in for a treat! It is especially fun to do this with a child or many children. the more the better! Search it online so you can see what you need to do for the "I'm a Star" exercise. I dare you to do this and not end up with a smile on your face . . . . . because You are a star!!
