Description
I have planted quite a few Butterfly bushes (Buddleia davidii) in my Ohio garden. They are beautiful plants and they attract butterflies; just like their name suggests! I love the bright contrast of the magenta (or fuchsia?) colored flowers of this one with the lovely orange wings of a wonderful Monarch butterfly! I find it impossible not to smile when in my garden with a butterfly!
Monarchs need people to help them survive and thrive. They need Milkweed and natural habitat. To find out more of what everyone can do, I encourage you to visit:

Thank you so much for looking at my images. I appreciate that very much.
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!
