Description
This is a new version of an old image. It always makes me laugh because this looks like a bird who really failed his sobriety test. I sure hope he was able to walk home!
It also makes me smile because it reminds me of a cold winter morning with my old friend, Chloe. I would let her out back and stand guard that no coyote, fox or other wild creature was near while she went about her business. This was a bright sunny but freezing morning. While she slowly made her way around the yard I looked down to see these prints on our garden steps. Knowing she was safe, I rushed in for my camera and clicked away. We were done at the same time and went back in to get warm. Within an hour the sun had melted this scene away. I'm so glad I happened to be out there early to see it! And I am especially happy to have memories of my beloved little friend.
This is a black and white version with dark edges.
Thank you so much for taking time to look through my images and collections. I really appreciate your time!
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!
