Description
Here is a black and white version of OH Deer, Oh Deer, Oh Deer, Oh Deer!
It was a sunny late February day in Ohio. It's been a long grey winter, so it was really nice to have a sunny, yet still brown day. My dog and I were on our daily walk back in the ravine and I came upon a group of five somewhat friendly deer. They were very curious about me. They stood and stared and I stood and stared. I eventually went back home to grab my camera and put the pup inside. They were waiting for me and let me take a few pictures. They seemed to have a lengthy discussion among themselves about the wisdom of disappearing into the brush. They didn't fully trust me, but I think they decided I was pretty harmless and carefully shared their space with me.
Thank you so much for looking at my images. I appreciate that very much.
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!
