This is a closer cropped image of "Pearl Crescent Couple." I love the background in that image, but also love the tight focus this provides. I have given you the choice of which you prefer!

It's October in Ohio and my yard is still fluttering with the beauty of butterflies. It seems that many of them are the appropriate seasonal orange and black colors. It also seems that love is in the air as well. I have sneaked up on 'private moments' more than a couple of times this year! These Pearl Crescent butterflies are very tiny and usually very difficult to capture because of their size. I just think their markings are so lovely and of course, an orange Zinnia flower is another touch of natural beauty to enjoy!
