Description
I love Moss Roses. When I was young I used to sit on the grass in the quiet evenings next to one of Mom's many flowerbeds and pick hundreds of tiny seed pods from the gorgeous blooming Moss Roses. I would carefully empty the little seeds into an envelope to save for the next year. I can feel the grass, I can feel the calm quiet of those years when I look at these flowers. My Mom had such a green thumb and I guess her love of nature and the Earth had to rub off on me. I am not as talented as she was with keeping everything blooming and growing, but I sure try. There is no better place on earth to find peace than out in a garden. Today is Mom's birthday and she is with me enjoying the beauty of this world.
Thank you so much for looking at my images. I appreciate that very much.
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!
