Description
Many of us get Dragonflies and Damselflies mixed up. This beauty is a damselfly. They, like any proper lady, sit with their wings together, while dragonflies 'sit' with their wings spread out from their bodies! I took this shot summer of 2012. Maybe I just started noticing them more once I started looking, but it seemed to be a summer of a lot of these wonderful little creatures visiting my garden. They come in many different colors and sizes and really seemed to love my Lamb's Ear plant! The color is here is actually the true color!

Karen Adams, Love the simplistic...one insect one leaf one great photo! Wonderful focus with blurred background adds impact to insect. V Mary Beth Landis
