Description
The beautiful Queen licked her lips as she strolled close by in front of me, making me just a tiny bit nervous, but she was headed for the male lion who was sleeping in the shade of a nearby tree. She woke him with a nuzzle to his big hairy head. He returned the nuzzle and watched as she lay down close by. Then he laid his head back down and drifted back off to dreams of chasing wild things!
Thank you so much for taking time to look through my images and collections. I really appreciate your time!
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!

You should go on a safari in Kenya to get up close and personal with real lions. (Not dangerous at all) Use a telephoto zoom lens from a Land Rover. Take a look at my Africa images on FAA to see my lions.
