Description
I was walking through my garden yesterday when this beautiful star burst-snowflake-flower head stopped me in my tracks. It is not a typical top to a Queen Anne's Lace, which is usually completely covered with little florets . . . but the form of this I found quite stunning. I made several versions of this image, because I find the structure and shape so lovely. I hope you do too!
To see all 3 versions, please look in my Series Gallery.
Thank you so much for looking at my images. I appreciate that very much.
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!

Looks like a firework going off!! Weeds are so exciting. Saw a bunch of Queen Annes Lace this morning, none as spectacular as this though. Marvellous Karen. My POD in BEST of Minimalism.

Darn! Firework would have been another description I could have used in addition to snowflake, and star burst! Thank you so much for spending moments and thoughts with my images! That is a gift I truly appreciate!
