Windows are ever changing works of art. Daily I enjoy looking out several in my home and seeing beauty of the world. So many gorgeous sunsets putting final blazes of color across the day. . . amazing sunrises making me glad that I awoke early enough to see them . . . . the threat of approaching storms . . . the peaceful hush of gently falling snow . . .. the still quiet of misty foggy mornings . . . dark starlit nights . . . bright full moon light streaming in casting shadows into the wee hours of the night . . .. Every day a new joy . . . a new masterpiece to pause and admire. Many, many times I want to run and get my camera, but then I stop and think, no, just enjoy, drink this moment in. This is a gift to me from above . . . but every now and then, I do get my camera and share this beauty with anyone who wishes to pause and look.
This series was taken one evening in Ohio, only moments apart from each other, but as you can see the sky was changing quickly. The tiny moon sliver is visible in them, but you may have to look very hard to find it. I did do some manipulation with this series for added drama. You can view them in my gallery called "Series." I hope you enjoy them!
