I love this fascinating abstract capture Karen!! i love it when you do this kind of photography. i see the snow as life. and the shadows as life paths that we walk on. some paths are more direction and straight forward, a much faster route to the destination. while other paths are zig and zag filled with adventures and excitement. yet all these paths will take you to the same destination. and we are free to choose our paths as life unfolds. there is no right path or wrong path. just different kind of paths. and we are the director of our life and the choices we make define the path we walk on. regardless what paths we choose, every one of them is a learning and growing experience that we will treasure when we look back once we reach the destination.... i could go on. but i will stop here, your images always sink me into deep thoughts lol. love this marvelous and deep image!! Kevin, I love so much the journeys you take me on! I am so happy you saw some of the same thoughts I had looking at this . . I also thought it interesting that in spite of all the options (shadows) most of us ignore them and go forward without even noticing; just walking straight ahead to the 'goal' ?
