We were out back throwing tennis balls for two Brittany Spaniels to fetch and retrieve. Anybody who knows anything about Brittany Spaniels, knows that they can run and run and run, and then they can run some more! We were throwing the ball for quite a while and the dogs did seem to be tiring. After one long throw they did not run as fast as usual and the ball was lost. They wanted water anyway so it was left to me to track down the missing tennis ball. When I found it, I could not help but feel that this poor little tennis ball was hiding from those big drooling mouths! I took a quick picture and then returned the ball to the game it was made to play: fetch! ( apologies to those of you who think it is for playing tennis!) ;)

Great shot! I cant begin to tell you how many tennis balls, squeaky toys, chew toys and stuffed animals my three Cocker Spaniels have gone through! They especially love playing fetch with the tennis balls! v.f
Karen Adams replied:
HA ha yep, they love them! My little Bichon has absolutely no interest in the game of fetch! She just stays out of the way when the 2 Brittanies come to visit!
