Description
To be content is to be satisfied, to be in a state of peaceful happiness and generally I would say looking at this scene I would feel that way. But this is 2021 and the world is anything but content. We have been through a really rough year . . . so much uncertainty, so much fear, so much death . . . and yet, the world around us just keeps on keeping on!
The world keeps giving us beautiful sunrises, glorious sunsets, beautiful creatures all around and even peaceful winter snow. Mother Earth seems to be trying to tell us to keep going, don't lose hope, don't lose faith. We have work to do, to keep each other safe and to protect our Earth . . . so let the beauty that is around us, inspire us to keep on keeping on.
Thank you so much for looking at my images. I appreciate that very much. Please stay safe and take care of each other.
I am very concerned with our environment and have decided to donate any money I make from any sales of this image to the ENVIRONMENTAL DEFENSE FUND.....because the Earth needs a good lawyer! We all need to speak up and support efforts to protect our environment. We will not get a second chance!

Beautiful....:-)... Freshly fallen snow just seems to soothe the soul. With everything that is going on in our world, it seems to calm and muffle the noise. So peaceful to only hear your footsteps. Breathe deep, take it all in, and move forward. Thanks Mother Nature. Hope you are doing well, and at peace....:-)
