It removes all else around it for that moment and transports the viewer to a space the artist has created. I think this is true with photography, painting, sculpture, dance, music....that is the goal all artists strive to achieve.
Dale Chihuly is a great artist who has transported so many of us into a really beautiful world! You can view his glass sculptures from any angle, from near or far, and discover beauty!
