Description
When I photograph the butterflies in my garden, I always get a very peaceful calm no matter how hectic the day has been or will become. This photo really captures that feeling for me. Butterflies are so beautiful in their symmetry and their quiet fluttering and floating in the wind. They don't bother anything else. They are simply looking for lovely flowers to sip nectar from or lay their eggs. In a way they symbolize optimism for the world for me.
