Description
Looking closely at a beautiful pink cosmos flower reveals so much detail that usually goes unseen. This was taken late in a mid-October afternoon in my Ohio garden. Many of these beauties did not last much longer as we had a hard frost just a few days later. I love Fall, but hate when the freezing weather calls a halt to the blooms in my yard. I do love the curve and grace of the petals of this particular bloom and how the shadows cast lovely blue and purple hued shades.
